A fantastic time had by all at the VC Melyd, Tour De France, Go-Ride, Race Night at Marsh Tracks last night.
“VC Melyd – Tour De France – Go Ride Race Night – 15 kids entered a packed program of events last night at Marsh Tracks – they undertook an individual time trial, slow race, sprint challenge and an endurance race with awards being presented for the fastest three girls and boys in the TT & endurance race, best girl & boy sprinter in the sprint challenge and our own twist on the mountains classification going to the slowest girl and boy in a very skilful slow race. We also awarded a spot prize for the person who tried the hardest (combative rider). All other riders were awarded a selection of prizes and everyone got a signed Go Ride Race Certificate. Amazing evening of bike racing – special thanks to all the kids who entered (nice to see some new faces too), the parents for your support in brining the kids every week and to the coaches & volunteers for making this a really well run and safe night.” – Mark Allen
