The route starts at Saints Health and Fitness Meliden, and heads towards Rhuddlan, turning away at the roundabout, then rugby-club-road towards Trefntant / St Asaph. At reaching St Asaph the route heads up through the business park and up through Moelfre to the cross roads and over. On through Betws Yn Rhos, and on to turn at right at Dolwen – taking you into the top of Old Colwyn. Along the coastal route to Rhos On Sea, before heading back along the coastal route to Abergele / St George before finishing in Rhuddlan Nature Reserve.
