“The next VC Melyd AGM will be on the 24th November at 8.30pm at the Marsh Tracks Office. This is open to any paid up VC Melyd Club member and I’d encourage you to attend. Anyone wanting to take part, help out, participate, know what is going on, have your say, whatever the reason – come along, get involved, support your local club. This is not just about a handful of people from the committee this is about all of us. While I appreciate it is usually hard going to get a turn out to any venue that doesn’t involve a bar… it would be good to see you all there (and if it is all – it will be cosy).

Following up on this the following was added. Lets get some names together, and get ready for the 24th.

Social Secretary – possess a party spirit;
Membership Secretary – good with meeting and greeting
Kit Secretary – likes clothes;
Junior Secretary – under 18 – male or female;
Ladies Secretary – obviously a lady & over 18;
Go Ride Representative – someone from the youth coaching team;
